How it works?
Book a 15-minute call with Leon Rottmann, our Head of Startup Services and tell us what you’re looking for (office space, production space or both). You can share your wishes and requirements, ask all your questions and we’ll quickly clarify what’s possible. After the call, you’ll receive an individual offer tailored to your setup, with startup-friendly terms and special conditions.
What spaces can I rent?
All three options are possible: office-only, production-only or a combined package. Office space and production space are separate areas and we’ll help you choose what fits best.
What’s included?
In our office space you'll find a ready-to-work setup including desks, chairs, kitchen access, fiber internet, phone booths and a shared meeting/workshop space. While our production area is designed for flexible use. The exact equipment and setup could be defined together based on your project. + Custom upgrades can be arranged.

Flexible terms. Scale up or down.
Rental terms are very flexible with startup-friendly durations that are shorter than what’s typical in the market. Scaling up or down is possible depending on availability and your needs. For example daily and monthly rentals are possible as well as other flexible arrangements.
How do I get on-site support?
On-site support is coordinated through our team. Once you move in (or before you start), you’ll get a direct contact person you can reach if you need help. In addition, we offer partial on-site support on selected days. The easiest way to arrange support (and clarify what’s possible for your setup) is to book a short call with Leon Rottmann, our Head of Startup Services.
Do you have meeting rooms and community areas?
Yes, there’s a shared meeting room (8–10 people), plus a full equipped kitchen, snack areas and community spaces.
Where is the Production Campus located?
The Production Campus is located directly at Campus Melaten, with key services, multiple incubators and ecosystem partners nearby (e.g., Quincat, AGIT and more). within walking distance.
